Your satisfaction is our highest priority. All items are eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the return and fully inspect the products at our facility. We reserve the right to deny any return due to tampering with the products, everything must be returned in it's original form.

Stone Guarantee
We will repair or replace at our discretion, free of charge, any gemstone covered by the 6 Month Craftsmanship Guarantee if it chips, breaks, or is lost from its original setting during normal wear through no fault of your own. All necessary repairs must be completed by our trained professionals.
The 6 Month Craftsmanship Guarantee does not extend to normal wear and tear and does not cover damages, such as chipped or cracked stones, scratches, dents or bending, as a result of or due to customer neglect. The 6 Month Craftsmanship Guarantee does not extend to jewelry and/or jewelry settings that have been altered in any way from the original design.
Mounting Guarantee
For six months from the date of purchase, we guarantee the mounting for your gemstone against all defects in material or workmanship. We will repair or replace your mounting free of charge if any defects are found during this period.

We only use solid 14K gold for all of our pieces, as we believe it's the best balance for everyday wear in terms of durability and luminescence. That means no gold fillers and no gold plating, which also means you have a hypoallergenic piece that treats sensitive skin kindly.

We source all of our diamonds from a reputable source in New York, guaranteed to be conflict-free and sustainable. We also hand-select diamonds for your piece to ensure that it will capture light as brilliantly as possible.
All of our diamonds are round calibrated for consistent carat size, G-H near colorless, ideal cut for optimum sparkle, and either SI-1 or VS-1 clarity. This is all to make sure you are receiving a consistent and high-quality product each and every time, that is both affordable yet also the best bang for your buck.
Furthermore, all diamonds 3.5mm and up will be GIA certified for complete satisfaction.

The clarity of a diamond is graded by the amount of blemishes and inclusions it has. A flawless diamond features no blemishes or inclusions, which as you can guess is very rare. Most inclusions cannot be noticed under 10x magnification.
We offer both VS-1 and SI-1 diamonds for all of our pieces. All diamonds sized 3.5mm and above will be GIA certified for peace of mind.
The carat refers to the actual weight of the diamond, which means the shape and the cut of the stone can affect its overall size.
However, with calibrated round gemstones there are standardized sizes so the carat remains consistent. This is true for all stones we offer.
Contrary to the name, the color of a diamond actually refers to the lack of color in the gemstone. The highest quality diamond is perfectly colorless. All of our diamonds are near colorless (G-H), which are very excellent in terms of quality and price.
A diamond's cut refers to the way a diamond is cut in order to interact with light. A well cut stone will have excellent proportions, symmetry, and facets that reflect light brilliantly.
All the diamonds we offer are ideal cut, which means they are optimally proportioned to help you shine your very best.
The shape of a diamond refers to the visual shape of the stone. Round diamonds are the most popular shaped stones for jewelry, although there are a myriad of other shapes available as well.
